Nice and comfortable hotel. Like the jacuzzi bath tub Price is value.

Pros: I booked the room because of the jacuzzi bath tub. It is clean and nice room. I had a relax night with husband. The bed is comfortable too. The price is valuable. Hope the hotel keep in the nice condition. And I will be back if come to Penang again.

Cons: Limited parking, but I am lucky to get one when I arrive at night. Jacuzzi no power. So it's just like a big bath tub for me to soak in. If really functions even better.

The USP is definitely the mirror ceiling but hotel itself is good too.

Pros: We booked the deluxe suite and it was excellent! Cool ceiling mirror and bathtub :D There is a refundable deposit charged in CASH ONLY, upon checking in. The staff are welcoming and allowed us to store our luggage until our room was ready. Good location, nice cafes and local food nearby.

Cons: The rooms were not soundproof whatsoever. Unfortunately, next door to us, we had a couple who apparently liked to argue a lot, so we could hear a lot of yelling through the walls. The bathtub is nice, but do not be deceived, it is not a jacuzzi and the water is not that hot. The location is good, however, the area is not pedestrian friendly, so be prepared to walk on the side of busy roads with no footpath (though, a lot of Asia is like this, if you didn't know already). If you're able to rent a bike/scooter and ride that confidently, we would advise doing so, to get around easier (especially in the heat, when it's too hot to walk around)

Pros: The bed & pillow was so comfortable. We had a very good sleep at night. The room was clean. The staffs are very helpful.
