Moon Hotel

Pros: The shower and bed were very good. We also liked that you have access to a filtered water dispenser.

Cons: The windows are very thin which means any noise outside you hear very loudly

Pros: Everything was great. Definitely will come back soon.

Cons: The room not sound proof enough. I still hear other room’s door sound. Bit noisy in the morning maybe from the store nearby.

Pros: Such good location and value for money. There's even the advanced china toilet seat that's automated and warm. So cool!

Cons: The parking is limited but still ok. Just that there's no regulations or yellow lines, so people simply park their cars. Not organized. Causing limited parking. The air freshener, shampoo and body wash is so cheapo china brand, irks me so much. But just this, overall is really value for money.

Pros: Clean, nice staff, Great Location in the middle of the City. Pretty Spacious and nice looking room.

Cons: Elevator was incredibly Slow, needed about a Full Minute for just 5 Floors.

Pros: Small but well equipped and it’s hidden away from busy main road.

Cons: Convenient stalls are not nearby.

Enjoyable and relaxing staying in clean and well presented hotel in a good location

Nice people work here, clean hotel and rooms, good location, good value. Central to many things.

Pros: All the people working here are very nice. The room is large and always cleaned well plus the hotel itself is very clean. The restaurant in the hotel serving Ramen makes delicious meals. There is usually fresh iced juice or tea in the lobby which is great coming in from the heat. The value/pricing is good. The laundry service (sending out) is very reasonable, low prices. The location (assuming walking) is pretty good to some local restaurants, shopping and central. I was able to walk 20-30 minutes to Art Street and Chuala Street very popular areas. It's easy to get a ride to Penang Hill from this hotel and only about 40 ringat. I like the hotel a lot and it feels brand new (it is pretty new) The rooms have everything you need.

Cons: If it had a pool on the rooftop or ground floor it would be perfect. It takes a bit of searching to find the best restaurants.

Pros: The room is clean, bed is comfortable, overall lightings is bright enough and bathroom shower is very comfortable after a tiring day. There is a water dispenser at the lif lobby which is very convenient for everyone to get drinking water. Open space carpark is provided just beside the hotel.

Cons: The room is a bit too small given the price we paid.
