Pros: I enjoyed my stay at the hotel, three night mid-February 2026. Got a room at the 15th floor with a nice view over the city. The room was very nice and so was the pool at the roof-top (not cold), just like the location. The breakfast was good too, even if it would benefit from a bit more diversity, yet again decent as it is.

Cons: Nothing really, apart from the fact that it was Chinese new year and that late at night and sometimes in then middle of the night (4.45am) people fired crackers and fireworks in the area. For the Chinese new year, this could anyway happen anywhere in the city.

Pros: Location in central george town, large breakfast spread, ample and free parking, quick checkin and checkout, and large swimming pool. Room was clean though avg in size.

Centrally located, with rooftop pool. Perfect, if this is all you need. Was fine for me !

Pros: Great location, walking distance from all the sights and also from shops, restaurants. Spacious room, friendly staff. Rooftop pool with view over the city.

Cons: breakfast is mediocre, and the space is rather small. Furniture and decor rather oldish, but Ok for the price.

Pros: Nice pool area. Breakfast was included and ok. Staff were helpful.

Cons: Needs more seating round the pool and the option of having shade. Real coffee needed at breakfast (just Nescafé)

Lovely 3 night stay in ideally situated hotel.

Pros: Large, clean rooms. Helpful, friendly staff. Lovely pool to cool down in after a day sightseeing. Good, tasty range of options for breakfast.

Nice and worth to come.

Pros: The staff are really friendly and polite. Rooms are spacious and clean. Breakfast is decent.

Cons: The family room is dark, and bathroom is wet after shower. I suggest that they can do an extension so that water would not come out after shower.
