Pros: The room is spacious for 3 people, clean and last time I complained about the broken floor but later on my next trip, the floor had been repaired.

Cons: The iron on the second floor is broken, so i went to the third floor to use the iron on the third floor

Was an enjoyable stay

Pros: Beside the main town.. easy access to variety of food options

Pros: I like the facilities so much as Im traveling with my old folks that cant walk long distance. I requested room that near the lift and the hotel made it happen! My convocation preparation was so smooth bcs all the facilities needed such as iron, board, hair dryer and housekeeping were provided during 3 night stays. I love the fridge in the room, the tv, the linens and unlimited soap in the bathroom! Also it was so easy to communicate with the hotel customer service via whatsapp and they always fast reply. I recommend for those who travel with old parents to stay in this hotel.

Cons: For family room, room is quite small and the aircond is only directed to the queen bed. Maybe change the water dispenser to cuckoo/coway/sk magic but the current one also ok. The hotel is located around non-halal restaurant and lil bit difficult to find muslim food but can order food panda.

Affordable and comfortable

Pros: This place was very good for the price £35 for 2 nights. Our room had a double bed and a single bed too. Staff very nice and friendly here. I would definitely recommend it here as it’s very comfortable and affordable!

Cons: I couldn’t really open the blinds as everyone on the outside would see us.

Value for Money

Pros: Location is strategic and is at the heart of the Georgetown. Staff is friendly. The room is clean. The rate is interesting and value for money Room come with a mini refrigerator, and hotel is equipped with lift.

Cons: Parking is available at the hotel, but limited. Can get roadside parking or paid open parking along the road. The bed and pillow is abit too soft, but can request extra pillow from hotel. The hotel is modify from the old building, hence the room is small, but enough for stay.

Not a so so hotel

Pros: Overall experience was good. Plenty of parking spots. Receptionist were helpful and considerate. The hotel is near to all hotspot place downtown.

Cons: By the time we arrive the lift was out of service,hence we have to climb few flight of stairs. Everyhting else was great.
