Fantastic stay
Pros: Smooth and friendly check in, room was spacious, bright, and comfortable, good WiFi for working and streaming, well equipped, comfortable bed, nice view, solid gym, excellent aircon, good water filter in the room, and reception staff were great.
Cons: Pretty far to walk from the centre

Modern hotel with great facilities
Pros: Very modern and clean. Easy access to shops and restaurants. 30 min walk into historic centre or bus stop across the road from hotel. Great yo be able to make own breakfast and lunch. Limited kitchen equipment but enough for two people.

Pros: I really love this place! The location is great and very convenient. It is close to almost all the famous places and many delicious food spots in Penang. Everything is easy to get to. I truly enjoyed my stay and would happily come back again.

An OK Stay.
Pros: Clean, modern studio apartment recently opened, great view from 27th floor for New Year’s Eve fireworks, good value. Comfortable bed. Good outside area to dry hand washed clothes
Cons: Sparsely equipped and furnished - ‘stove’ an induction plate, one small frying pan and saucepan, no glasses. No storage cupboards/drawers, only benches and small hanging rail. 4 lifts for 36 floor building meant long waits and crowded occupancy. A long walk to Historic area.

Pros: The location is within walking distance to Island hospital. They don't provide daily room cleaning but it's available for request through WhatsApp. There was a bit of noise from the renovation during the day but it's very minor. The staffs are really friendly and, last but not least, we definitely appreciate the water filter!
Cons: There was no hand/face towel and also no facial tissue.

Pros: + Location walkable to many food places and the 1st Avenue mall + Lobby has a very welcoming nice fragrance + Apartment is very clean and spacious, with good natural sunlight + Room comes with a water filter machine so don't need to keep boiling water + TV is new and has \
Cons: - Somehow I can't find any box of tissues in the apartment. It's fine cos I always have my own - No storage space like some simple cabinets if you intend to stay for more days. Will have to live out of suitcases.

Pros: ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Had a wonderful stay! The place was clean, comfortable, and exactly as shown in the photos. The host was friendly and responsive, making everything smooth from check-in to check-out. Great location and overall a very pleasant experience, highly recommended!

Definitely would recommend!
Pros: It's a newly renovated unit , so it was clean , spacious and very comfortable. The location is strategic with easy access to public transport, making it convenient to move around. The front desk staff were also friendly and accommodating, which made the stay pleasant. Would return again when visiting Penang!
Cons: Renovations were still ongoing during my stay. However, the front desk did a good job of informing us earlier, so it was well-managed and not too disruptive.
