Comfortable stay for families.

Pros: The corner cul-de-sac rooms were convenient for family and access to help with older parents and kids. The beds were confortable and bathrooms well equipped. The free minibar was great for the kids.

Cons: The car parks that were not stacked were limited. Need to have some instructions for guest as to how to use the stack car parking

Pros: ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Great stay in a fantastic location I’ve stayed here many times and would definitely come back. The location is excellent — right next to shopping, cafés and bars. The pool area is quiet and private with great bean bag floats, and the gym is clean, modern and well equipped. Breakfast is plentiful and the Executive level perks are a lovely bonus. All the staff are amazing — from the front desk to housekeeping, security and bell staff — everyone is friendly and helpful. The Executive room was spacious and comfortable, though a little dark and could benefit from extra lighting. Overall, a very enjoyable stay.

Cons: Nothing - I keep coming back!

Pros: The allowed me to check in early. All the staff were so friendly. The service in the club lounge was attentive and exceptional

Cons: The pool was great, but it being exposed to elements of nature and other factors, it was a bit oily at one corner, and plenty of leaves at another.

Pros: Breakfast is good. Room does not meet the expectations. Location is situated at the prime area so is good.

Cons: Room is overpriced versus the overall amenities provided. Staff is not showing pleasant smile while delivering stuff over.

Pros: Friendly staff, convenient location though it could be a bit jam packed over weekends. Suggest to book your Grab or taxi early. Pretty much no complaints at all!

One of the best hotels I have stayed in.

Pros: This hotel was fantastic. We were given free ice cream on arrival and all items in the minibar were free. The rooms were exceptional, and the staff were incredible. Excellent location, attached to the largest shopping mall in Penang. Great views of the ocean. Excellent breakfast buffet, one of the best I have experienced and I am vegetarian.
