Pros: Location was the most important consideration. The hotel fulfilled all our requests.

Cons: Pricing was high for the time of year.

Nice place to stay and always helpful

Pros: The hotel is nice and the staff is great. They attend to my requests really quickly. They come in pairs as well to assist and ensure safety is prioritized.

Cons: There are not enough hooks or hanger in the toilet. Makes hanging 2 person's towel and clothes difficult. Also, the drainage and sink flows very slowly. There isn't a business center here for hotel guest. There is this Workzspace but the staff at the front desk is not able to advise me how to use it. They ask me to call the number on the door but nobody picks up. But they did provide alternative like where in the hotel I could go to quietly take a business call conference.

Very underrated hotel in penang!!!

Pros: Everything was spot on! From check in process to check out, everything went smoothly, bedroom is very comfortable and clean, equipped with smart tv, free minibar, and the toilet is very clean and the water pressure is good as well. Location wise is situated in the middle of gurney paragon and gurney plaza, walking distance as well to gurney drive. Breakfast selection is great, different varieties everyday. I always visit penang once a year, so this hotel definitely will be my go to hotel from now onwards.

Cons: Just a small feedback on the egg station/noodle station, maybe add extra staff especially during festive seasons will definitely help in production.

Pros: The hotel staff were very friendly and catered to our requests well. The place is just adjacent to Gurney Mall. The breakfast had a wide spread and catered to all needs. The exceptional thing was that the Mini Fridge was complimentary. That was great. We will definitely stay here again. Thank you all for the good experience

We had a wonderful stay and would definitely return.

Pros: My husband and I stayed here during our holiday in Penang. The hotel is perfectly located between Gurney Plaza and Gurney Paragon, just a 2–3 minute walk. The room was clean and well maintained, with complimentary bottled water and snacks provided daily. We really appreciated the early check-in and the high-floor City View room, which even offered a distant view of Kek Lok Si Temple. Breakfast, gym, and swimming pool were all very good.

Lovely hotel in a good location

Pros: Lovely hotel in a nice position. Clean and very well presented. Very friendly and helpful staff. The hotel has a lovely pool and roof bar with music on some evenings. Breakfast very good also. There is also a mall next to the hotel which has very good shopping and a good selection of cafes, bars and restaurants. Highly recommended.

Pros: Every single damn thing. The toilet was spacious, not to mention on the shower pressure wihich was good. Bed comfortable.

Pros: Check in was smooth. The front desk staff is friendly, greet me with a smile and helpful. He also tried his best to accommodate my request as much as possible. Good location and room is spacious and clean.
