Pros: The hotel was under renovation during our stay. The room was clean and the staffs were friendly. The security guard was helpful.

Cons: The lift to our floor-due to the renovation, we had to walk around to get to our room.

Pros: Complete with the facility such as small fridge, hair dryer. Large bed.

Cons: The bathroom not so clean the first time i enter. Difficult to find a parking. The guard is not helpful when i asked where to park. He said to park at the paid parking lot when i am the hotel customer.

Affordable comfortable accommodation in Georgetown

Pros: Location good. Handy for the free bus shuttle called CAT. This made it very easy to visit the old town section of Georgetown. Room adequate with A/C, mini fridge & chair and desk.

Enjoyable trip due to good courtesy from restaurant staff. Kudos for a great job done.

Pros: Room was clean and quiet most of the time. The breakfast was very good and staff cleared the table quickly. The guard uncle was very friendly and jovial. He can clear the guests coming to restaurant easily. Friendly atmosphere noted on both days.

Cons: Parking not available in front of hotel at night. Check out without providing hotel bill. No courtesy from receptionist to say thank you during check in and check out. Only 1 person was on duty and on mobile phone while we were waiting after a long trip.
