Great location in a revamped colonial building

Pros: Great location, good staff in general and very clean rooms! Love the emphasis on sustainability. Excellent breakfast with fresh squeezed juices

Cons: The rooms deco is to much black The lights are good once u understand which button is what

Pros: The room was very clean and comfortable. The free water top up was a nice touch. As was the free coffee.

Cons: I do think the front desk staff could be more informative. I wasn't told about the shuttle bus. Also as it was Chinese new year, a little information about events happening would have been nice. The breakfast was good. Something for everyone. The restaurant meals were on the whole good. I had one instance that my meal was really cold so I advised the waiter who took it back. When I got it back the chicken was like rubber and not good. They apologised. After paying for it I decided to speak to the front desk. I advised them of the situation and told them really I wasn't happy to pay for the meal it was really bad. but I would pay for half the cost, which included my coke. She advised she would speak to someone. I retired to bed and got a notification that my payment was refunded in full The front desk later called my room and woke me up.it was quite late.They wanted me to go back down and pay half. I advised it wasn't convenient as I was in bed. This could have easily been sorted then next morning. Without the need of a late night call. I paid the next morning and they were polite and helpful. All in all it was a good stay

Would stay again

Pros: We were able to check in early around 11am. The process was fast and someone showed us to our room. The location was great and we could walk to several places to eat. I really liked the shower. Breakfast was decent and we could choose from a menu.

Cons: There was a mosquito in the room, but luckily, we killed it before it bit us. There seemed to be a bit of renovation going on and we had to take a lift from the main building, then cross over to the building where our room was.

Cons: Noisy in the evening with clear motor bike noise from the street.

Pros: Uniformly excellent except that sometimes communicating with staff (especially at breakfast) was tricky due to their lack of sufficient English.

Pros: Good value. Breakfasts are varied with home cooked offers. Clean and accessible rooms

Cons: Location looks a little off putting and out of the way. However, it felt safe and once we found the free shuttle bus it wasn’t an issue. Check in was underwhelming. It would have been useful to get some familiarisation and info eg on bus etc.

The hotel was very clean, staff friendly and is very good for short stays

Definitely a good choice!

Pros: Great location, recently renovated building, modern amenities. Some days our room was even cleaned twice, which was not really necessary, but coming back to a freshly made bad is an amazing feeling!

Cons: Breakfast wasn't great, but I did like the a la carte menu. Few options, but delicious. Even the 'eggs Benedict' with replaced hollandaise and bacon (obvious reasons) were pretty good.

Great, clean and comfortable hotel

Pros: Great hotel. Very clean, in the rooms and the shared hotel areas. Breakfast provided is great with many options and staff accommodated vegan upon request. I would 10/10 stay again.

Cons: The only thing to improve is there was no warning of constant loud noise from refurbishments that occurred during the day. The cleaning staff were also very loud in the hallways which was frustrating early in the morning.
