Good, but there is room of improvement.
Pros: At the beach. Seaview is great. House keeping is a bit leaking, I told the house keeping the outer cover of tissue box is dirty, the house keeper's response instead of cleanup the outer cover, he just said there is no replacement.
Cons: Seaview is best. Breakfast is good.

Cons: A bit worn down with marks on the room walls and only a few channels on the TV with only local shows.

Nice, but the facility can be much improve.
Pros: The room was spacious, with sea view so beautiful.
Cons: The lift not working. Had to use stairs.. park at Level 3, went down to level M, then can use the lif.. went up from level M to level 3 using stairs. The room, toilet is spacious too.. however no shower form(not refilled in the bottled).

Great stay, perfect location near nice beach and food market.
Pros: Breakfast: A huge selection with both savory and sweet options. Staff: Very helpful and super kid-friendly. Location: Right by the beach. The beach itself is great, but be aware there are jellyfish. Entertainment: Nice live music shows. Night market: just in front of the hotel. Really good food.
Cons: Sunbeds: there was just few ones..definitelly too low. Especially that there is a lot of space. Policy: its not allowed to bring your food and drinks for common areas. Including terrase with sea view.

Pros: The rooms are great, loacation by the beach is nice. Wr had good time each year. 5th time staying there book 3 to 4 rooms each year and all is good.
Cons: Ok tradition is to have tea with my family each year each evening. All was good expect they didnt want to serve tea by pot as they usualy do sencond before we finish eating ask to pay which was very very disresceptful. The manager isint helpful or friendly. The Bangladeshi waiter is so kind. Was very upset this time. Pls dont do this, even a guy shouted at the reception for this same matter.

Pros: Great view and bar area plus infinity edge pool on 10th floor. Room was modern & clean.
Cons: Couldn't find towels at the pool and the in room fridge didn't work well

Good but many to improve
Pros: The beach view. Hotel upgraded us to a suite room when we checked in few mins early and the room was not ready. The room was clean.
Cons: There are stains on the bed sheet. Bed is too soft. There are drawings on the wall left by previous customer and stains on window panels and bathroom door. The light bulb in the bathroom was broken on the second day. The holder of the shower came off and the bidet was broken.

Very good hotel in strategic location
Pros: The location is excellent, right at the beach, with major attractions such as George Town city centre, Penang Hill, Ferringhi equidistant and 20 mins away by car. I had read reviews talking about lack of cleanliness on the beach, but I walked on it multiple times and found it in reasonable condition, without any litter beyond the expected occasional plastic bottle. The staff are exceptionally courteous, always greeting guests and even opening doors. The hotel also has a well designed communication interface, accessible via QR code in the room, to live chat with the front desk and order room service. The daily housekeeping was efficient and always left the room in a clean and tidy state. The room itself was as described, quiet, and all the appliances were working well. The bed was very comfortable, and the views from the upper floors are stunning.
Cons: The only negative for me was the lifts. There are three of them, but one seemed to be out of order for most of my stay, resulting in long waits to travel up and down. Since this is a high-rise hotel, it is important to complete lift maintenance in a timely fashion, and not let it drag on for a week.
