Best Value, Great location, Wonderful Staff

Pros: Serena and her staff were wonderful. From day one they looked after me. A minor issue with losing something in my grab ride and they helped me out. Overall it was a wonderful experience and the people made it greater. Enjoy the swimming pool and the gym. Convenience store right downstairs open 24 hours. Location was good right near food court, shopping mall, another hawker food evening market, another supermarket just a ten minute ride into town.

Pros: the well-equipped kitchen with all utensils and full size fridge is wonderful during festive season as we able to cook and enjoy our food without venturing out unnecessary.

Cons: no charging station for EV and poor ventilation after cooking, the food smell linger for a long time

Fabulous hotel in a great location with a great pool and very friendly staff.

Pros: Comfortably spacious apartment. Very comfortable bed and excellent value for money. We loved the pool area and having laundry room was a big plus. Great location close to straits quay.

Cons: Internet was off more than it was on. No cold water in bathroom sink / no hot water in kitchen sink. Tricky to get balcony doors unlocked.

Low density, less noise, nice cold comfortable Aircon.

Pros: I love that the Aircon was cold. Aircon is individual units which I am able to adjust the temperature. I am picky when it comes to Aircon, can’t stand the heat and was afraid to be disappointed but it was really well maintained and was cold. I like that the bed was also medium firm enough. I have spine issues and managed to somewhat sleep through the night so that’s nice. The kitchen facilities was enough for me when I order in from grab. Bathroom was nice too. Love the rain shower.

Cons: The pillows could have more variety. I found them too soft so I used a towel and rolled it up underneath.

Great place near a bustling corner of the suburbs

Pros: Lovely room layout that separated the pantry and mini dining table from the sleeping area. Lots of dining options and a small shopping complex nearby.

Cons: The car lifts were very thoughtfully managed, excellent parking guidance from staff... but still it takes extra care and time to park and remove cars from such a carpark facility.
