A night at an old bungalow

Pros: The place is very cosy and comfortable to stay. Its highly recommended for a group of small family and not suitable for family with small children.

Cons: Nothing so far.

Just for sleep

Pros: Location, pricing. Clean, easy check in and check out.

Cons: The room We stayed in was a bit musty

Pros: Good customer service, issue being solved in a short time.

Penang Luna hotel

Pros: The room was attractive and comfortable. Location was good and it was good value for money. Staff were helpful although everything was done by message.

Cons: The car park was cramped when full. Maybe put some instructions up as to how to get the hot water from the water dispenser as it was tricky to use

Pros: Feels like going back to your hometown and finally stay at your old room. Self check in Self check out Good and warm reply from host Clean Cold Comfortable

Highly recommend hotel

Pros: 1. Checked in and out process is smooth and easy. 2. The place is very cool and quiet, the environment makes me feel comfortable. 3. The room is spacious, clean and all facilities are complete. 4. WiFi connection is good. 5. Got private parking. This is a added value in Penang. I've been to Penang many times, this accommodation is most satisfying, will definitely come back in future.

Cons: When driving out the hotel is a bit challenging coz the road is too busy but the hotel put a mirror at the exit to help us monitor the cars coming easier.

Perfect For Getaway.

Pros: Really love the vibe over here starting from the building itself. From the outside this place is very stunning and the interior are astonishing. Room and lounge are perfectly clean make you feel comfortable as you walk in. Really love this place.

Cons: Nothing at all.

Anyways I still enjoying my stay

Pros: Easy to access to most of the places in Georgetown. Staying at the first floor with few steps I'm getting on the car, don't have to go up and down with lift, waiting for lift etc.

Cons: The soundproof in the room is a bit weak. It's 12am already but the other guest still making noise.

Spacious colonial bungalow

Pros: Central location ideal for walking to Gurney Road or Botanical Gardens.

Cons: Not I can think of.

Comfortable Stay with Great Space

Pros: We had a very pleasant experience during our stay at this hotel. Although the building is older, we were impressed with how well-maintained the entire property is. The room was clean, spacious, & thoughtfully arranged to ensure a comfortable stay. The bed was exceptionally comfortable, allowing us to rest well after a long day of activities. We were also pleased with the washroom — it was big, clean, & equipped with the necessary amenities, adding extra comfort to our stay.We appreciated the smooth check-in & check-out process as well. The hotel provided very clear instructions, making everything easy and hassle-free. They also clearly communicated the house rules, including maintaining quiet after 10pm, which helps ensure a peaceful environment for all guests.
