Nice place, strategic location, great value

Pros: Location was great, right across Hin Bus Depot with several bars and eateries around. Easy to fetch Grab. Furnishings were quite modern and we liked the lobby, great for lounging or catching up on some work. Room was quite spacious and clean, beds are comfy. Staff were helpful and accommodating. We also liked the water taps in the corridor - less plastic bottle waste!

Cons: Although the room was modern, some parts may need maintenance (e.g paints peeling off). The gym was quite basic. There was nightly maintenance work, lots of vacuum noises around 9pm-10pm when we stayed.

Modern, good location, comfortable

Pros: The hotel has a great location, it’s modern, comfortable, nice breakfast and perfect for a stay in the city to explore. The gym is good and the pool deck is okay.

Cons: The pool could have been cleaned a bit better. I don’t think it’s used a lot, so that’s probably why it doesn’t remain a focus to clean.

Pros: Clean modern and comfortable with a very good bed and an excellent shower. Room smallish but perfectly adequate. Within easy walking distance of the central attractions

A reasonable stay

Pros: It was comfortable, quiet and with good air con. The location was good .

Cons: The atmosphere wasn't as good as in other places. I didn't feel that staff were happy. I didn't like being told to wait 5 minutes at checkout while the room was checked!

A significant stay at Citadines

Pros: We had a lovely stay, and were welcomed by friendly staffs, the check in went over quicky provided with the clear instructions and T&C to us, our room & toilet looked clean, a huge bonus was the beds were comfy Overall a wonderful experience, highly recommend to everyone who was looking for a place to stay while visiting Penang

Cons: The AC control system quite confusing to control but the staff helped us on the setting, which was no longer an issue

Pros: Nice and central location. Hotel was as expected. Room was very clean and comfortable. Front doorman very helpful and polite.

Cons: Breakfast a bit limited.

Pros: Very comfortable, clean and relaxing. Breakfast is quite nice and the timing is good. (7-10am) Location is good-plenty of restaurants nearby. A 20ish minute walk to the centre of the town.

Cons: Pool could do with a few more sunloungers.
