Pros: Fabulous hotel right in the centre of Penang. Comfortable bed, large room and fabulous shower. Super clean with a great pool with a view. Our cleaner did a fabulous job each day We will definitely stay here again when we return.

Cons: Nothing! Everything was perfect. Despite it being Chinese New Year and fireworks going off all night during our four night stay.

We are very happy with our experience.

Pros: The location of the hotel is excellent. It’s also in close proximity to many places of interests, restaurants, cafes and food courts as well as supermarkets and shopping malls. Also right on the doorstep of the bus hub, which is a real bonus. The staff are efficient, friendly , and professional. Especially, the staff on the front desk, the pool attendants, and especially the housekeeper Harun, who is extremely helpful and maintains our room to make our stay comfortable.

Pros: I was a returning customer…central location convenient for most things needed. Cool features secure parking for peace of mine.

Cons: Nothing serious except for own preference, I expected a second and full mirror to use outside the bathroom.specially for this class of suite accommodation.

Great value, great location, great room with a need for maintenance here and there.

Pros: Comfort and ample space. I like the vertical parking, it is convenient.

Cons: Some of the switches need repair as they keep coming off, which could be dangerous especially for kids.

Great location, staff and view. Large comfortable suite

Pros: Great location across from three malls and ten minutes to core of historic district on foot. Extraordinary staff that goes the extra mile. Large comfortable, well laid out suite with comfortable bed and great view. Nice pool long enough to do laps in and new exercise room. Futuristic parking included - via car elevators.

Cons: They advertise hardwood floors but they are linoleum made to look like wood. The sofa-bed in the TV (or second bedroom) was not that comfortable to sit on and dirty (needs covers to be able to wash). There were not enough English language TV stations. The hallways are not air conditioned and are a bit noisy.

Pros: Centrally located/ most things in Georgetown within walking distance. Place is very neat; tidy ; clean and can’t fault the staff
