Pros: everything was complete and clean. 👍🏼 later i come to Penang again, i will stay in tune hotel .. comfort and affordable.. 👍🏼

Cons: only thing that i didn't like is about parking.. they not have a big parking inside of hotel, only a few parking can park inside .. 🥲

Pros: I liked how the hotel is Cheap But had good experience like any other good hotel would, got the room, was clean and check in was smooth

Cons: The room was tight but it wasn't a problem for me as i think it's a good deal for the price offered. Hourly Parking fee could have been cheaper.

A great hotel

Pros: Excellent services, very clean, lobby huge and very comfortable, all personnel that worked there are extremely helpful, including the security guard downstairs. They upgraded our room with not extra charge. The manager is also excellent.

Cons: Lack of space and furniture in the room, no desk or table,no chair,( upon request they provided one), we need to put our staff on the floor.

Pros: Room was clean and mattress was firm and comfortable. Great that there is a ceiling fan as well as aircond

Cons: Pillows were too soft and clumpy. A shelf or small table would be useful

Pros: Everything. I even got a free room upgrade - single to double.

Cons: The power supply would trip a couple of times after I placed the key card (into the pocket by the entrance). Just need to adjust the card a bit.
