Pros: Great linen, towels and bedsheets. Very generous with pillows and toiletries and kitchen facilities. Very efficient and friendly staff. Free on site parking

Cons: The security card and reader were not sensitive enough and needed multiple tries

Cons: Face towel have dirty spot Restaurant staff not collected my finished plate and not friendly, not welcoming Technical crew or maintenance crew 'lepak' and smoking in front of entrance

Good for a short trip

Pros: The hotel was clean, room was spacious and comfy. Staff were friendly. Was a nice surprise to have a complimentary upgrade to a King bed upon arrival. Loved the decor of the hotel as well.

Cons: Wish the gym was opened earlier or till later, since there's no staff on hand needed. The hotel restaurant was nothing exceptional. We ordered one of their cakes on the first day and it was so hard when it was supposed to be moist, like it's been kept in the fridge for weeks. Fridge was not clean either.

The right hotel for big family

Pros: Since I booked family suite so I like that we whole family get to be together in one suite instead separate room or floor.

Cons: Since I'm wearing scaft there is no mirror for the 2nd & 3rd room. Not convience for us ladies to wear our scaft with the mirror outside the room since the guys are our in-law!! This is not proper the muslim's lady!

Good hotel to stay if you are driving

Pros: We booked junior suit. The room is spacious and huge, clean with comfortable bed. Carpark is available for guest. Housekeeping clean the room nicely before we returned back to room.

Cons: Swimming pool is not so clean. TV has limited show to watch. Not walking distance to Ipoh city centre, but it was okay since the city centre is only 10-15min drive from hotel.

Pros: Good location near the hospital im going to work. Room was spacious. I love the black interior of the toilet. Pillow was soft. Comfortable bed. The restaurant at the ground floor serve good food. The Fish n Chips is good. The nasi goreng is good too.

Cons: The bidet is the type that attach to the toilet. Prefer the one like usual. But no problem.
