Pros: Love the ambience, the outdoor table for breakfast and tea time. The Malay girl staff at the reception was splendid in executing her work. The overall unit clealiness is good

Cons: - called out housekeeping to clean our room on regular basis but they ended up didnt do so.. they just left the new stashies ( mineral bottles, tissue, garbage bag, laundry bag) outside on the table without cleaning our unit - please put up another box of tissue upstairs for convenience

Love the staff here- Enjoyable stay with a unique concept, though night noise was noticeable.

Pros: The property has a very unique and well-thought-out concept that blends perfectly with nature. The atmosphere is peaceful, relaxing, and feels like a true escape from the city. I really love the staff here — they are all very polite and welcoming, which made the stay even more pleasant.

Cons: The only downside is that the room is not soundproof. Noise from neighbouring guests, including laughter and a child crying at night, could be heard quite clearly.

Ok ok bus is not any wow - and don’t buy breakfast

Pros: Property is located in nice area … neat out side .. Don’t recommend BUs options as the buses are broken and pretty old .. better take rooms only

Cons: Breakfast was shocking—- a plate of clod serve noodles and packet of coffee… no proper coffee or anything which could make it worth… If BF is served well it will make the place perfect to start the morning in better way !! But sad breakfast was total off

Pros: The weather was really nice. The place also very strategic. Very nice view. Closes to all the places for sightseeing. Will come again and stay here.

Cons: The outside of my room have this salted fish smell. Not sure where it comes from. I thought somebody dry out the fish somewhere for business. But it's not. Nonetheless, it doesn't smell all the time. So it's forgivable.

Pros: Location was awesome. Resort is also good & well maintained. But breakfast was average - would be great if there can be more vegetarian / vegan options.

We had an overall pleasant stay – the location with its mountain views was lovely and the breakfast.

Pros: The breakfast was just okay. It’s not like the 4–5 star hotels with attractive buffets and a wide selection, but it’s still decent and better than having nothing at all. The location is great – it offers beautiful mountain views and is a bit away from the busy, congested areas of Cameron Highlands, so it feels more peaceful.

Cons: The only thing I didn’t like was the bathroom condition. It felt like it wasn’t well-maintained — for example, the faucet head was loose and almost coming off. The kitchen sink also kept getting clogged and I had to clear it myself.

Pros: Bus pod is unique caravan-like experience. Breakfast sent to doorstep.

Cons: Maybe due to water pressure, water heater only heats up when shower is low setting.

Pros: Everything! The room the staff. They were excellent!!

Pros: Minamalist concept resort but yet meet the perfect stay with great mountain view. Very relaxing! We enjoy our stay here!
