Stunning hotel with first class service

Pros: Fabulous hotel, one of the best we have stayed at. It is in a truly remarkable setting Champagne at breakfast was a real bonus. The service from all the staff was first class, a special shout out to Chetin and Ram.

Would love to come again!

Pros: Beautiful surroundings, gorgeous rooms, thoughtful touches, and overall very luxury feel to the place. Pool was lovely as were fun facilities like meditation room, yoga deck, reflexology pool, etc.

Cons: We were a little disappointed by the food; the breakfast is a plentiful selection of great-sounding dishes, but in reality none quite hit the mark. Similarly for lunches/dinners in the restaurant. Considering price & the vibe of everything else (and that you do tend to eat in the restaurant for convenience), improving on that front would make a big difference.

Cannot recommend this idyllic resort highly enough - just stunning in every way.

Pros: This is the most idyllic resort in the most stunning location. Rooms are beautiful, large, with large beds, quality linens and lovely private hot/cold pools. We had a wonderful couples massage at the spa. The pool area was lovely with plenty of beds/towels and attentive service. Restaurant food was excellent. But the highlight was a table at Jeff’s Cellar - a highlight of our time in Malaysia, simply outstanding.

Cons: Nothing. Wish we could have stayed longer.

Pros: Everything. The rooms, food and atmosphere are all 5 stars. Hot springs and relaxation. A trip great for escaping the city and enjoying with your partner

Pros: the amazing cave, plus the night dinning was amazing. I love the cystals cave for meditation. the entire place has so much nature.

Cons: mosquitoes and the tub in the room with the hot spring water wasn't that hot.

Paradise in Ipoh.

Pros: Loved everything. The surroundings are spectacular. The staff wonderful. Food delicious. Villa very comfortable. Not enough superlatives. Enjoyed every moment.

Cons: Maintenance needs a little bit of attention- some loose tiles in the main swimming pool could be dangerous. Some care needed around the private pool too. But it didn’t spoil our stay in any way.
