Beautiful hotel.

Pros: Stunning hotel beautifully located opposite the golf course. At night all the gorgeous fir trees were lit up. What a sight! We really enjoyed the free local walk (approx 50 mins) with Madi which was very informative. Thankyou. Breakfast was delicious! We took the coach from KL to Tanah Rata bus station and then took a taxi to the hotel. Was very slick.

Cons: Maybe the restaurant staff are a little too attentive and hasty to take your order which became annoying.

Luxury hotel ideally located

Pros: Really comfortable and spacious room looking out over the golf course. Nice place to stay to experience teh Cameron Highlands. The hotel organised a sight seeing tour of the tea plantation with the guide Madi which was such a lovely day and so informative. If you like a walk, there is a route around the golf course which is also worth taking.

Relaxing and beautiful stay

Pros: Great location, the staff were very welcoming. We loved breakfast. Always recommending the best breakfast options. We were also lucky to catch the lion dance for Chinese New Year!

A wonderful stay made even better by attentive staff striving(and achieving) excellence in service of their guests.

Pros: Beautiful hotel. Large rooms, great bathroom, big bed and good linens. We had a lovely view over the golf course at the front of the hotel. Staff friendly and attentive. We had excellent service from Hridoy who looked after us so well at breakfast and when we dined in the Steamboat restaurant. He also invited us to light the library fire, a nightly ritual which is considered quite the honour!

Cons: Nothing, everything was beyond our expectation.

Charming hotel

Pros: Lovely hotel with a real charm. The Hightea and live piano playing was super fun. The rooms are a little noisy as they are on a main road, however the road is not noisy all night nor that busy. With the doors closed it is okay. The staff and Steamboat dinner was great.

Good resort but falls short of making the stay comfortable

Pros: Cleanliness, Staff attitude - friendly and patient, view, location, food and drinks.

Cons: Sound proofing in the rooms very poor. The noise of the traffic was very disturbing throughout the day and night. AC in the room was not effective. The night blinds for the windows and door could be better.

Excellent heritage hotel

Pros: Great heritage hotel with excellent service. Chloe on reception was especially helpful with good advice on which tea garden to visit to avoid traffic

Beautiful property, lovely room, attentive staff and excellent food all at a sensible price.

Pros: Beautiful building and nice comfortable room. Very attentive staff. Good range of external tours to local sites. Excellent service and food. Great scenery.

Cons: No pool and whilst did not impact on us the road is busy and close - light sleepers beware.

Nice place in the mountains

Pros: Friendly staff, comfortable restaurant and bar facilities

Cons: Location right next to the main road, no outdoor/terrace facilities

Pros: Beautiful hotel, very helpful staff, delicious breakfast.
