Pros: -Great location- perfectly between the historical George Town and the modern Gurney area. -Quiet Area -Helpful, friendly and professional staff -Self-Check In -Access to kitchen, washing machine, drinking water machine. Hot showers with good water pressure -Room has a modern design and comfortable, with a wardrobe and good sockets

Cons: -Pillows are a bit too big for me -Floors are tiled, so sound from others bounces around much more than if there were carpets etc -Bathrooms are a little unclean -Bidets in the toilets have poor water pressure -No soft lights in the room for bedtime
