Good value of money

Pros: The location is very strategic, i mean near to all places in Penang, name it - Nasi Kandar Sulaiman, Komtar, 1st Avenue Mall, Street Arts, Padang Kota. For all, its very strategic place. And for the facilities, overall is good. The Family Room is actually quite big and spacious compared in the photos. Got 2 queen beds for 3 people, its just nice. The toilet also good, got no smell like people mentioned in previous review. Maybe different people got different experience right?

Cons: Only one thing - limited parking here. A lot of parking but all occupied. I need to park outside the parking box and already got my surat cinta. And plus, at night -- please stop using the washing machine/dryer because I still can hear the noise eventhough my room is far.

Pros: We had a comfortable stay here, we had everything we needed. The room was really small but it was fine for a few days and was very clean also.

Pros: The location is really superb, the restaurant, mart, Komtar are all nearby.

Cons: Parking is a little hard to find.

Simple and compact room with good

Pros: The location is good: within walking distance from KOMTAR, where you can catch the free CAT bus for sights. The room met our expectations: it was as described.

Cons: The check-in instructions are in a PDF format which weighs over 30 M. Difficult if you are not yet connected to wifi. The Wi-Fi was a bit unstable, and the toilet didn't flush very well, even though we didn't put anything in it except toilet paper.

Pros: Very comfortable & cozy. Clean, and easy to find any food.

Cons: The parking is our own risk.

Pros: I had a really pleasant stay at this hotel. The room was very cheap but exceeded my expectations in terms of cleanliness and comfort. Everything was neat, tidy, and well-maintained, which gave me a very good impression right from the start. The room came with air conditioning, a TV with YouTube and Netflix (perfect for relaxing and chilling after a long day), and a water heater, which made the stay even more comfortable. The bed was cozy, and I managed to get a really good rest. It was also very quiet, which is something I really appreciated. The self check-in process was smooth and convenient. The PIC contacted me right on time and explained everything clearly, making the whole process stress-free. They were very friendly and helpful, which made the experience feel even more welcoming. Overall, I would say this place is perfect if you’re looking for an affordable yet clean and comfortable stay. I definitely recommend it to others and would stay here again in the future.
