Comfortable stay at a good location.

Pros: Location was good, spacious unit and value for money. Housekeeping service was prompt.

Cons: They could improve on the cleanliness of the floor by actually mopping it as my feet was quite black. Had to wear slippers provided.

Cons: The only drawback, the sound insulation needs to be improved. The rooms are just beside the main road and at traffic junction, it was very noisy (vehicle sounds) in the morning. I couldn't have a deep and restful sleep

Pros: The location is right at center and very near to major bus stops and attractions. The suite 2 bhk rooms provided hotel was great and had wonderful facilities and clean. Especially The staff was great . MR. Selva kumar who was in charge had been great help and he were ready on call all the times and helped when called immediately for geyser fixing and air-conditioning glitches. They were very empathetic and customer oriented that they helped our family on our way after few days back to india by helping with baggage storage and great support. The staff at reception (Mr. Norris) and Selvakumar both were very customer friendly and their service is excellent. I would love to stay here back at their suites and its very good for family.

Pros: The location is strategic and easy access to all local food restaurants and The Top Komtar

Cons: Parking a bit difficult during day time but you can get the best parking spot next to the hotel if you reach around 9pm onwards. Another thing the noise environment however due to located in a town.

Clean place

Pros: The place Is Clean and huge.. Can fix up to 6 adults. The location Is good too…

Pros: Great location, with walking distance to almost all nice eateries nearby. The rooms are clean and well maintained too.

Cons: The sound proofing was a bit of the let down, as the rooms are right next to the main road. Hence, we were easily waken up by those drivers who raced up their vehicle engines when they pass by.

Spacious apartment right at the right spot.

Pros: It’s a very spacious apartment at a great location.

Cons: Needs maintenance. Check in was very chaotic and took forever. Didn’t communicate at all. Asked upfront our arrival time but when we arrived (2pm) room wasn’t ready and couldn’t give us a time. Went for a lunch and around 4pm we had access to the apartment. A bit of a waist.
