Pros: Very kind staff. We got a message, very worth it, and quite cheap. Definitely would recommend. Good breakfast

Cons: Good/central location, but not if you want to explore more of the beach areas. It takes at least 30-40min to reach a nice beach.

Lovely time at St Giles Penang

Pros: We booked the executive Premier rooms and they were wonderfully spacious. The hotel also accommodated our request for the 2 rooms to be near to each other. The access to the executive lounge did make our stay a lot more sweeter as we had access to soft drinks and tid bits all day long. The hotel is conveniently located to all the places (nasi kandar, kuey teow, the esplanade, you name it) that made it easy for us to walk around. Buffet breakfast had offerings for everyone and they were all delicious. We had fun trying out everything during our 4 days stay

Pros: Great hotel, clean room, good gym and pool. Across from Komtar Bus Terminal and 1st Avenue Mall. Plenty of places to see, eat, drink!

It’s located in the centre of George Town, so it’s very convenient to travel around.

Pros: I was allowed an early check in (just before noon) without the need to request for it. The duty person (one Eric) called about an hour later, to check on my well being with the room assigned.

Cons: None.
