This hotel is my favourite in Georgetown, I’ve stayed here a few times now.

Pros: My room was comfortable, clean with everything I needed in there. The staff work hard and smiley!

Pros: The location is great, room and toilet is clean, aircon is great, spacious, water dispenser is right outside my room. I will go back again coz I am happy to stay there during my few days vacation.

Cons: Room is too dim, would like it to be brighter Toilet should provide few hooks, at least 2? Please include antibacterial hand wash shampoo too, small bottle should be enough. Bottles of drinking taste sweet so we didn't drink, instead we get water from the water dispenser, taste great!

Great location friendly. staff. No issues during our stay

Pros: Breakfast was fantastic. Rooms were spacious and very clean, adjoining Oriental rooms able to take advantage of balcony to catch up in the evenings. Very friendly staff. Located in the middle of Georgetown
