Wonderful stay

Pros: I loved this hotel! The room is bigger than in looks in the photos and has a fresh feel, air con is strong, and everything is very new. Good shower. Free tea and coffee all day. The staff were lovely and constantly cleaning the bathroom etc; despite no housekeeping they offered to change my towel after a few days. Great location, just a short walk to Armenian street and the Blue mansion. Highly recommend for solo travellers.

Excellent, great location and comfortable

Pros: Excellent location. Rooms were neat and tidy. Before booking I was worried about the shared spaces and shared bathrooms - they were very clean and tidy. Loved the stay. Super close to the Kimberley Street famous for its Michelin rated hawkers!

Cons: Thankfully, we booked the rooms on the ground floor, staying upstairs would have been a challenge for us as we had two heavy suitcases and dragging them across the stairs would not have been ideal

Very pleasant stay

Pros: I really liked the cleanness of the bathroom. I felt like it was a private one. The bed was comfortable. The TV, airco, the little desk were a huge plus. It's isn't a social guest house. I saw nobody during my 3 nights but it wasn't my goal si it's OK. (Consider that if you're looking for social meetings) The location is perfect. In the middle of Chinatown, literally in the night market, walking distance to everything and there's a bus terminal right near the guest house. Very easy to travel around. It's also close to TOP, a few malls which is really nice.

Cons: I found it stressful how loud I could hear the rain from my room. Also, the carpet does a lot of noise when someone walks in front of your room but it was very ok.

Pros: We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here! The room was very clean as well as the shared bathroom! The bed was comfy, they provided us with 2 pillows each. Highly recommend!

Pros: Unbelievably clean all the time. Room was basic but everything you need, especiallyas quite new. Location was fantastic and always felt safe. Brilliant they had a water filter for use

Pros: Excellent location in Georgetown. Easy check in / check out with good communication through WhatsApp. Bathrooms were very clean and the shower was excellent. 10/10 for value for money.

Pros: I really enjoyed staying here. It was near for the station and so many food stores. I can go anywhere anytime I want. So fancy, clean, and big too. I'm so glad to stay here for my first time in Penang❤️

Clean and comfortable in central location

Pros: New hotel in a fantastic location, very clean and very comfortable. Central Georgetown is right on the doorstep, full of cafes and eateries and even a night market on the next street. Check in/check out was very smooth and well organised. On the day we left, we could leave our bags inside the property until our evening flight which helped us out a lot. The room and bathrooms were all impeccably clean, making the whole stay very enjoyable for us.

Cons: No windows in the room but not a big deal, light in the hallway is very bright at night (we turned it off after the first night which improved matters). Room was on the smaller side, but for the location and amenities we didn’t mind at all.
