Pros: Very charming! Very clean and in a great location staff were friendly and helpful

Pros: Beautiful decor, good quality furniture & fittings , tasty breakfast, attentive staff

Cons: The bed was very comfortable but a bit too short for my husband

Lovely small hotel in centre if old Georgetown

Pros: The location was great for all types of restaurants and bars. The staff were very friendly and helpful. Rooms clean spacious and stylish.

Cons: The breakfast could do with a bit more variety. The food was good just the same every day.

Interesting historic small hotel offering excellent service in a highly convenient location

Pros: Small hotel in a historic building close enough to the centre of Georgetown historic distric but on a peaceful side street. Very easy to walk to tourist sites. Staff very helpful. Simple but excellent breakfast. Excellent value for money.

Cons: Being picky the bed was a little hard but having said that I slept well having walked for miles around the city. Fine for a short stay.

Charming quaint boutique hotel in an excellent location.

Pros: A charming, beautiful and comfortable boutique hotel in an excellent location near all the main attractions. The staff (especially Tharan) were very friendly and helpful going out of their way to make sure our stay was enjoyable.

Cons: Poor internet connection; dropping out frequently.

Warm and welcoming.

Pros: Traditional feel of the property. Clean and spacious. Location is central .Service is very good, staff attentive- special mention to Priya and Ruban.

Pros: The ever smiling staff and services that will not let you down.

Cons: No modern facilities like gym, swimming pool or banquet but not too much of an issue because it is vintage and very comforting vibes in all areas.

Pros: Brilliant Pan-Malaysia breakfast - I mixed nasi lemak and scrambled eggs. Warm and friendly staff

Cons: Next time I might try and book a ground floor room - stairs are very steep.

Nice Hotel

Pros: The room was quite nicely furnished and spacious. The staff was friendly and helpful.

Cons: Sound proofing - the hotel locates in a narrow street and we could hear some live music from a bar/club somewhere nearby. It was almost midnight.

Pros: Comfortable, large rooms in a great location. Nice, heritage building. Free breakfast.

Cons: The internet didn’t work well in our room. You could hear music from the bar down the street late at night.
