Pros: nice staff, good location, great terrace on the roof!

Cons: things are super designed, but in many cases not practical at all. the cube chair for ex. is unusable :)

Pros: The location is great, there is a big supermarket nearby and also a bus station if needed. The room was clean. Breakfasts were also nice - you choose from a menu, there are malaysia traditional meals and also classic ones like pancakes. The room service was also great.

A good size double room in a nice, clean hotel, ideal for exploring Georgetown.

Pros: The location was ideal for exploring Georgetown. The hotel was clean and the staff were attentive and friendly. The room was a large double with a good bathroom (despite a loose fitting sink), a mini fridge and a kettle (hot tea in the mornings, cold beer in the evenings). The air conditioning was good and they gave you an extra key card which allowed you to leave the electrics on while you were out of the room.

It was fine ! I had a good 4 nights stay ! I would have stayed longer if breakfast downstairs !

Pros: The room was nice and quiet ! Aircon was the best !!! I wish they had breakfast in the morning in the downstairs restaurant ! That no one goes too! Also , the flooring in the room was great! But the carpet in the hallways not !

Comfy hotel with easy access to Georgetown attractions

Pros: Cozy room in a quiet part of town, just nice for me and my friend who were in Penang on a short trip. Very conveniently located near Georgetown's attractions (10+ mins walk). It is close to good food; we particularly enjoyed the nearby Tina's Kitchen (her nasi ulam was divine!) and also dipped into The Office Vintage shop which was right down the same street.
