Pros: We loved absolutelly everything, the hotel was very peaceful, it was a perfect place to relax. The location is ideal as the hotel is on a quiet street in the heart of the town. We loved the colonial style throughout the property and our room was very spacious and elegant. The breakfast is really nice and they offer afternoon tea which we also really enjoyed. The staff were extremely attentive and took great care of us throughout our stay. The lobby always smelled amazing! We would happily stay here again!

Great base to explore George Town

Pros: the hotel is lovely, our room was very comfortable and the staff were friendly and helpful. The location is really good - about a 20 minute walk into the centre of George Town, but also close to other nearby restaurants and hotspots.

Cons: There was no pool or other facilities, but this didn't matter as we spent most of our time walking around the city, eating the delicious local food.

Pros: The room was spacious and beautifully furnished accenting the overall heritage style of the hotel. Very comfortable bed. Plenty of storage. Very good bathroom and shower. The breakfast staff was extremely friendly.

Charming stay with well trained and carrying staff

Pros: Super friendly staff, they made you very welcome. Rooms are very clean and comfy beds. Because of the length of our stay we received complimentary laundry service of 2 kgs per person and afternoon tea. Very charming clean hotel at a fair price. Absolutely recommendable.
