Great value for money

Pros: Great value for money. The staff were extremely helpful and nice, very accommodating.

Cons: The beds are a bit too short, especially if you’re taller than 170cm. I am 165, and my feet were right on the edge.

Value for money, comfortable, stay just on the fringes of Georgetown

Pros: I really liked the location of the property, slightly away from the middle of the hustle and bustle of Georgetown, but still somewhat walkable (at nights because the afternoons are blazing) from various points around the city. Also, the bed was really comfortable, and there was more than enough space for our two luggages at the clothes rack. Shower pressure was excellent, and toilet was spacious as well. The staff were incredibly helpful when it came to loading our bags in the car, carrying our bags up into the room, and catching this huge insect that was in our room for us. They also greeted us everytime we left and returned to the hotel, and opened the doors for us – I certainly didn't expect that from a three-star so bonus points for that!

Cons: The couch probably needs replacing, it's rather flat and worn down, but still serviceable. No other complaints.

Excellent and the only drawback is the parking

Pros: Modern , clean and nice. My room got upgraded to studio type by the hotel. TQ!!

Cons: No dedicated parking, only street parking. And its limited.

Pros: Clean, friendly staffs, strategic location : very near to many famous spots, convenient store, street food, cafe and restaurant..

Cons: Hard to park if driving , as the hotel is located beside a very busy and narrow street .. Sound proof can be better, can hear live singing sound from the room.. The hotel aisle is full of pigeons and it poops..

Pros: Shakil (I hope to spell his name correctly), one of the front desk staff, provided an outstanding service to make sure that our stay was as comfortable as possible. He is really a star and a gem! The HK staff is super friendly and super clean!

Cons: Some of the other receptionist staff need intensive training in hospitality and service.

Spacious room in a good location with friendly, helpful staff

Pros: Staff were really friendly and helpful. Room was much more spacious than expected and had lots of space for luggage and table space. Bathroom also spacious and modern. We also got our laundry done quickly for a reasonable price during our stay through a third party that the hotel recommended. Location of the hotel was great, with nice places to eat nearby and not far to walk into the old town.

Cons: Slightly mouldy in the sealant in the shower and around the sink. No breakfast available (which was no problem for us).

Pros: Grand period exterior, modern decor & facilities inside. Close to many food outlets and close enough to the city and sights.

Easy access and friendly staff

Pros: Nice place and good customer service provided by the front counter. What happened was on the day of my check-in, the concierge staff informed me that they will upgrade us to another room due to some issue with the existing room that I’ve booked. It was arranged with no fuss. Thumbs up for ASR team.

Very good overall but WC needs improvement

Pros: - location is fantastic - friendly staff, very helpful doorman - simple check in and check out and smooth process - spacious room and lots of storage facilities and desk space

Cons: - bathroom emanates a bad smell and the features need updating. Had to buy air freshener

A comfortable stay with good facilities. Good location. The staff were very kind and helpful.

Pros: The hospitable staff. They cater to our needs. The room is above satisfactory. Comfortable bed, and adequate space to keep our belongings.

Cons: The shower area has less lighting. Would also prefer if the hotel could provide an iron.
