I was getting VISA work done and this was a bucket list for me

Pros: I was a guest an d the staff was the most accommodating and friendly people I have ever met. Housekeeping was great and affective, my room looked brand new every time I needed it made up.

Cons: I didn't like the fact that it didn't have a mini fridge or microwave. That can sometimes be a help to not having to throw food away, or spend more money out. New shower curtains .

Good hotel to stay

Pros: The customer service from the woman from the Philippines was lovely. She made us feel really welcome and that also triggered that we stayed one extra night. The cleaning team did a great job. Location is really good.

Cons: Every of our bed sheets had stains and some towels were damaged. The AC works, but it's not too powerful. These are suggestions to improve.

Pros: The WiFi kept on bombing out, very frustrating ,it was very hard to get it going again.. In the end I bought a roaming outside for the WiFi. That's the only complaint I've got.

Location are strategic, clean, and worth the price.

Pros: Location wise is quite near, komtar is 15 minutes away by foot

Cons: I wish early check-in can be considered as we were turn down cold when we arrived early around 12pm without them checking in the system for availability. Guess that is their policy.
