Pros: Location was excellent for exploring Georgetown on foot. A beautifully restored Peranakan building, only 13 rooms and great personal service. Delicious, complimentary afternoon tea. Vibe is restful and quiet

Marvellous and comforting

Pros: The hotel had a clean and beautiful interior, it really felt like you went back in time to the golden Peranakan era. The staff were so polite and hardworking. Food they prepared during the afternoon tea was delicious. The location was also convenient, with so many nice shops and restaurants all within walking distance.

Pros: very strategic location. most visited places are within walking distance. the facilities also suitable for family vacation. sure will come again.

Pros: Great location and very friendly staff at Linn House. Good value regarding the location, cleanliness and quality of service.

Cons: The room was a bit dark at the ground floor, which i guess is to be expected in an old typical house.

Vintage property with strategic location and great customer service.

Pros: It’s a charming vintage property located in the heart of Penang. Great customer service; probably the best we’ve ever experienced thus far (shoutout to Ms. Heng and her crew!). The place is just a stone’s throw away from tourist-attractions such as Chowrasta and Lebuh Campbell, as well as famous eateries like Hameediyah, Line Clear, Hutton Lane Roti and Penang Road Laksa.

Cons: If you’re driving to the place, you might encounter difficulty trying to secure a parking space especially during daytime. And as per other third party reviews, there are noticeable noises at night. But I guess that’s pretty much expected when one stayed at the heart of the city.

Excellent and charming hotel in the heart of Penang.

Pros: Wonderfully located, walking distance from most sights. Spacious rooms. Very good aircon. The decor in the room and in the whole house is a daily joy to behold - we discovered new little things every day. The staff is super welcoming and friendly and the whole place has a great personal touch.

Pros: Very well situated. Clean. Wonderfully decorated old style house. Spacious rooms. Good aircon. And the staff is welcoming, helpful and friendly. Great personal touch. We loved it.

Cons: I feel I should not even mention anything as we loved the place but the hot water system was a bit noisy.
