Love the service and the staff is very friendly . Comfortable room and clean.

Pros: Comfortable and nice smell. The staff is friendly and helpful. He gave us free mug . Definitely will come again.

Pros: Hotel has cultivated identity by commisioning the creation of its embroidered logo on Bedcover, small pillow cover and printed mugs. Lobby had decor. Good external lighting that makes the Building stand out among other buildings in the vicinity. Upgrading its door locks into keycard system may help elevate efficiency and image.

Cons: Within what the Hotel could control, there is nothing much not like.

Good hotel for overnight stop for R&R and for F&B adventure in Ipoh

Pros: Quiet location, ample parking, generally clean, easy to drive to F&B spots, the pillow and bed were to my preference/liking.

Cons: The bleach smell on the bath towel is quite strong, probably more softener would help.

Peaceful and comfortable

Pros: It was near the city centre of Ipoh and accessible by car or Grab. Miss Vicky was so attentive and helpful throughout my stay there. Loved the quiet ambience since the bridge beside the hotel was temporarily closed for construction. Recommended 👍🏼

Cons: Location was less convenient than i originally expected, however grab functions in Ipoh very well, fast and is really affordable, so it balanced it out

I had a good stay.

Pros: the location was good, near town but there was building works that prevented this route be taken and this will be ongoing till end of Jan I believe. however, I usually take grab to places I wanted to go to this visit so this was not an issue and the alternative route afforded me a view of Ipoh that is different. staff are friendly and helpful and the hotel is clean, comfortable and quiet.

Cons: the shower does not have a curtain so it makes the toilet a little wet. it would be good to install one for greater convenience and comfort.
