Strategic location for nasi kandar hunters

Pros: The location is very very strategic for famous food hunters in Penang Island like Nasi Kandar Imigresen (just opposite the hotel, walking distance of course), famous Penang samosa (beside the hotel wall only), Pasembor Husin (King) & Pasembor Ghani which both located at a food court just about 2 - 4 minute walking distance from the hotel. Its Little India area so the music the people the shop are very very India vibes. but as a local person, a Malay, its not something to worry about, there's a lotss of police officer patrol for safety. The hotel rates also among the cheapest i've surveyed My room very very clean, hotel cleaner do their job excellently. The hotel receptionist who answered my call during booking process, was very polite, same goes when i checked in, i felt welcomed warmly.

Cons: The 3 floors hotel using staircase, no lift so its not recommended for those bring babies, oldery and disable people. there's homeless people can easily found around the hotel. they begged for some money from us just to buy food. some place, you would smell like urine,

Pros: The room and bathroom are very clean..the room is also spacious and comfortable.

Pros: “Great Budget Stay in the Heart of Heritage George Town!” The location is excellent, right in the middle of George Town—walking distance to heritage spots, local eateries, and convenience stores. The free CAT bus stop is just around the corner, which makes getting around super easy. The room was clean, comfortable, and spacious, with air-conditioning, a ceiling fan, and private bathroom. There’s no lift, but honestly I dont mind the stairs it gave a fresh view to start the day. 😊 Definitely good value for the price!

Pros: Just nice Hotel for clean and budget stay. Room and toilet were very clean. Furniture well kept. Overlooking heritage and pre-war buildings. Walking distance to many interesting places such as wall paintings, Esplanade, hawker foods, historic in the daytime and happening places in the night. Stairs to rooms but we are okay with it. Will come again.

Pros: We are a couple who stayed at Broadway Budget Hotel in Georgetown and had a really wonderful experience. The hotel is clean, quiet, and offers great value for money. Our room was very comfortable and well-maintained, with all the basic amenities we needed. What stood out most was the friendly and helpful staff — they made us feel very welcome from the moment we arrived. The location is excellent, with lots of good local food options just a short walk away. Most of the main attractions in Georgetown are nearby, which made exploring the area very easy for us. This hotel is perfect for couples or anyone looking for a clean, comfortable, and affordable place to stay in the heart of the city. We really enjoyed our holiday here and would highly recommend Broadway Budget Hotel to others!
