Pros: While the premises and room were amazing of any by themselves, the staff put this place over the top. I would come back here again.

Pros: The Dhal curry with Roti Canai served in the breakfast is a MUST TRY menu. The flavor is very awesome and is much better than Dhall curry in most of the Indian Restaurant. Besides that, the cosy and tranquil environment that is full of heritage decoration makes us feel like back to our home.

We’ve stayed at a number of good places in Penang over the years but we’ll come back to Love Lane.

Pros: We loved this place. It was like a stylish private house in a garden setting. It is nicely situated for walking to many places. We enjoyed the afternoon teas.

Cons: Nothing really.

Absolutely brilliant rooms are so comfortable the whole hole experience was amazing

Breath taking home feeling and Georgetown heritage experience

Pros: Greatest experience of Georgetown heritage. Feeling like in a Time Machine and bringing back all these memories. Fantastic staffs and services.

A peaceful gem in the heart of georgetown!

Pros: Such a little gem in the heart of georgetown. Nice breakfast, afternoon tea, very quiet steps away from the buzz so just perfect!

Cons: If there would have been a small pool it would be complete heaven. I booked another similar property nearby for Xmas because they have a pool. Otherwise I would have come back to 23 Love Lane!

A home away from home.

Pros: i've always come back to Love Lane since 2017. I love this hotel, it's very homely, the staff are very friendly, the night security uncle is always there to ensure safety, he opens n closes the main gate. The room is large and cosy. Location is fantastic, right in the heart of geogetown, walking distance to the ferry terminal. plenty of food within a 5 to 10 mins walk. whats not to like?!?

Cons: as i've stayed there over the past 8 years, i've noticed that they have dropped some facilities, like their TV channels, and they have stopped some services. But, i've always felt very at home there, will still keep going back.

Pros: Quirky fun and lovely building. Nice staff and breakfast. After noon tea with fruit and cookies.
