Great!

Pros: - The facility is good: the room itself is nice (spacious, has cloth rack and hangers), they also have swimming pool and workout room - The location is good: though not at the center of George Town, there are Hawker Stalls nearby (3 minute walk) and a big mall (7-10 minutes walk). The area is generally quiet but a temple nearby (大伯公廟）happened to hold celebration while we were there - They provide free coffee and shuttle, which is nice. But for flexibility, I guess it’s more convenient to take a Grab since it’s not expensive - The staff is helpful and friendly

Cons: Before getting there, they send messages via booking to ask us fill in checking form but the buttons in the email didn’t work, so we couldn’t fill in in advance but did it on the spot. It doesn’t bother that much just a minor thing that can be improved

Pros: This was a great location. 20 minute walk or 5 minute drive to all the tourist sites. A lovely indoor pool which our kids loved. Lovely rooms and the staff were great. Loved how they kept the traditional George Town look on the outside.

Overall was a nice stay, rooms are clean and comfortable. Great location in Georgetown.

Pros: It was conveniently located close to the Saturday markets. Hotel room is clean and comfortable.

Cons: Swimming pool was ok but a little cloudy.

Pros: Brand new hotel. Staff super friendly, gym well mantained and bicyclette rental very cheap.

Cons: Location wise, other than Chinese Traditional Breakfast you have no alternative. I had to skip my Breakfast since there was nothing available around. For the city visit, the location is perfect
