Pros: Perfect for family travel with kids, offering comfort and space for everyone.

Pros: Very centralised, within walking distance to most places

Cons: Rooms were not soundproof. Can hear the traffic.

Pros: Good size, great facilities. Location ok - about 15 mins walk into main old town. Has food and shops nearby

Cons: A bit musty - seems to have had a leak at some point? In a very busy road that it difficult to cross

Cons: Smelled musty The sofa is stained and could do with recovering or a throw at least. Shower needs to be re-grouted to be watertight Kitchen area needs more utensils, glasses etc

Pros: It's like a house.. Good for family to stay big house but no elevator u need to go up using stair.. They got all we need.. Comfortable and clean.. Location super near to 1st Avenue Mall, Prangin Mall and Komtar just 5min-8min walking distance.. There a nearby food court and also night market too. But u need to use grab if want go other attractions place like clans jetty, the Armenian Street etc

Pros: We were a family of five and enjoyed our stay. The apartment was clean and staff very friendly. Communication prompt. We could walk to all downtown attractions and the bus terminal for local busses was all only a short walk away. The bedrooms were quiet enough to sleep well..but you do hear the street a little. It's a busy town, so I didn't expect anything else.

Cons: Sincel we were five, one of us slept on the pullout sofa bed, which was super comfy. Only the lights on the stairs don't turn off, so that person needs an eye mask if light is an issue for sleeping. :-)

Pros: The accommodation was perfect. Had everything we needed and more.

Cons: The traffic in front of the hotel, wasn't noisy but it was hard to cross the road.

Very pleasant stay. Considered spacious with own kitchen and living area.

Pros: Washing machine with liquid detergent provided. Walkable to many eating spots and stores. Very accomodating to our check in and check out arrangement.

Cons: The stairs leading to the property. Stroller, luggages need to be carried up and down the stairs (no lift). Grab drivers need to be “strategic” in dropping off as it is near a traffic light. Ironing board is too “thin” leaving marks on clothes.

Definitely will come back and recommend to friends and families

Pros: It’s very comfortable and we loved the washing machine/dryer! The apartment is spacious and the amenities are great

Cons: Although most negative comments are about the noise as it’s directly next to the streets with lots of traffic, it doesn’t seem to bother us. But what bothered us was the car park..
