It is ok.

Pros: The room was stuffy. Aircon wasnt great. Windows are fake. But pretty cool courtyard, I like it. The location of this accommodation is good, it is in the centre of Georgetown. It can be a little noisy in the day because of some machinery.

Cons: It is not a total dislike, but it would be nice to have a less stuffy room. The vandilation is quite bad in the room. The windows are there but it is connected to the courtyard. Floor not 100% clean but it is alright.

i would choose Kim Haus again and again if i ever visit penang!!!

Pros: The aesthetic was great. Great for pinterest pictures. Cafes and restaurants are nearby. All the main attractions are nearby. The hotel is clean and has the minimalist vibe which we adored.

Cons: The stairs but if we are young backpackers, this is not THAT much of a hassle.

Pros: The room are very well design for customer who wished to enjoy the staycation inside the hotel as its provide ambiance place for works, gym for workout , many lounges for work, reading or chilling. Even the room are excellent place to work with the set up

Pros: Great common space, excellent value for money and the best location

Cons: Nothing really. Our mattress wasn't super flat but it was manageable. Room didn't have a window and was a bit humid, something to dry the air would make it even better

Pros: Really good location, very trendy place. Bed was comfortable, good air conditioning. Nice area outside with table and chairs to sit at for a chill.

Cons: Very poor WiFi, sink light didn’t work and bathroom was a little dirty in areas.

A great value stay that is the perfect location for exploring the town.

Pros: Location in the heart of Georgetown. Easy to explore this amazing place on foot. The heritage of staying inside the old goldsmiths.

Cons: Not much atmosphere. No elevator to rooms.

Pros: Location is central to a lot of eateries. Affordable price. Clean and comfortable room. Friendly staff.

Cons: Not exactly a dislike, but those with knee issues may want to take note of the lack of a lift. Lowest floor for guest rooms is 4th floor it seems.

Best value for money, hidden gem with such character, comfort and style. Would definitely go back.

Pros: The property is a hidden gem. From the outside it doesn’t look anything special, but as soon as you step in, the cuteness, all of the artwork, the museum and all the artwork, makes this property a great find. Amazing location, 5 minutes walk to Armenian street, 2 minute walk to Carvan and Chulia Street plus love lane. The rooms are so snug. I had the best night sleep. I would highly recommend !!

Pros: Cheap price. Excellent location. Clean and comfortable room (and overall environment). Easy check out. If staff not available during check in, just contact the WhatsApp provided at counter. Water dispenser (cold and hot water) provided. Well-maintained common area on 3rd floor.

Cons: May be turnoffs for some people: Stairs only (no lift). Slightly confusing layout for first timers. Not soundproof. Open air gym (at the mercy of the elements). Hard to find parking.
