Great location

Pros: Have a rooftop bar and restaurant. We stayed there during New Year's Eve so great spot to see the fireworks in Penang. Great location for sight seeing.

Cons: Facilities and furniture looks a bit dated and needs upgrading. The room on sixth floor has large damp patches in the ceiling.

Pros: Old style and a little worn but very comfortable room. Good bed, good shower. Lovely staff who helped with various things. Nice location at the end of Armenian Street, not the crazy busy part.

Pros: The location was near to many attractions and foods availability.The hotel is right in the heart of Armenian Street, within walking distance to street art, cafes, and historic sites. Perfect for sightseeing and food adventures. The front office staff also very accommodating for letting us check in early .

Pros: Basic necessities as hotel room completely provided. Easy access to free CAT air-cond comfy bus - 15min interval only; within 1.0km to all street food, nice cafe/restaurants and famous sight-seeing sites - within reach by walking. Can do grabfood facility to the reception area. Truly great travel experience. Thank you.
