Pros: The hotel location is best. Staff is very friendly. Facility of the hotel also good.

Cons: Bedsheet quilt cover a little bit dirty. There are some water marks and stains on it.

Pros: Very clean room, room complete with ironing board hair dryer,mini fridge and staff are helpful and friendly. The only drawback is the toilet bowl shakes and are not safe.

Pros: Cleanliness is my top concern which Hotel 19 done a great job maintaining it.

Clean, comfy, very close to most attractive tourist spots. Value for money.

Pros: The room was just nice for a 2 person stay for a few nights. It was clean and had enough amenities that made our stay rather comfortable. It is RIGHT OPPOSITE the Georgetown Ferry Terminal and a few mins walk from major tourist spots like Chulia Street, Armenian Street, the Clan Jetties, and Fort Cornwallis. Its location is very strategic. Our stay was very comfortable and very value for money. For a budget hotel, it is really well-maintained and definitely exceeded our expectations.

Cons: The street can get a little noisy as the hotel is situated on Pengakalan Weld, a main street. We also had issues with the iron, it wasn't clean and made stains on our clothes but could be washed off.

Pros: EXCELLENT LOCATION TO OUR EVENT HALL LOFT 29, INDIAN RESTAURANTS CLOSE BY. JUST OPPOSITE BUS DEPOT, SO CONVENIENT TO TRAVEL BY BUS. JUST OPPOSITE SEA AND JETTY FOR EVENING STROLL. NICE SEA VIEW FROM OUR ROOM.

Cons: BREAKFAST SERVICE SHOULD HAVE BEEN THERE.
