Great Location

Pros: Staff are friendly, and Rosza is a fast replier, who is easy to get in touch of. Location is great, walking distance to the ferry over & surrounded by food outlet and street art. Great value for the price Rooms are a bit bigger then alot that go for same priced, free water station, hot water, wifi.

Cons: Beds were a bit uncomfortable, but get that alot. A/C was playing up night one, but as soon as we let them know they got it sorted & made sure we were happy.

Pleasant stay with good vibe and food spots around!

Pros: Staff were so humble and friendly and they allowed me to leave my luggage prior to my check in time!

Cons: Bathroom ceiling was open and connected to the room and the room was too noisy and smelling when we use the bathroom, should have a sealed wall rather than leaving it open to the room

Pros: Great location in the centre of Georgetown within easy walking distance of main tourist attractions and plenty of excellent restaurants. Beautiful clean bedding and towels. The staff were lovely

Cons: The room was a little small for a couple but would have been ok for a single person

Great hotel to stay in George Town

Pros: Very central, very convenient for walking around George Town

Cons: Messages from hotel managers are sent after 10 p.m., so if you are asleep, you will see important information the next day. Not very convenient.

A perfect place to enjoy Penang !

Pros: This hotel is extremely well maintained. I stayed 3 nights in one of the luxury rooms, with a large bed and a private bathroom. The bathroom follows the standard layout—with the toilet, sink, and shower in the same space—but it’s spotless, and all the facilities are new or very recent. The location is excellent: close enough to all the action, yet tucked away on a fairly quiet street, which makes it ideal. The young team running the hotel does a fantastic job. They are welcoming, attentive, and always happy to help, and the place is kept impeccably clean. Overall, this hotel offers outstanding value for money, and I wholeheartedly recommend it ! 😊

Location is perfect BUT

Pros: Location was absolutely PERFECT!!! Staff was very friendly, room was clean.

Cons: Room was very dated, the step up to the bathroom going in, and DOWN coming out was such a huge step it was almost dangerous, especially with the 2 inch lip at the top. The lack of sound proofing was crazy. The chanting at 5 and 6 am was very loud also. However once again, the location is perfect.

Pros: Clean and convenient. Basic facilities good. There are sofas on the ground floor so you can rest when waiting for stuff.

Cons: Shower and toilet not seperated. Therefore bathroom always wet. To turn off the light you have to go off bed.

Pros: They provide android tv and good hairdryer for us to use. The bed was nice.

Ideal for a couple of days in town.

Pros: Great location. Very comfy bed. The owner is very quick answering whatssaps. :)

Cons: Not many toilets/showers.
