Pros: Staff are friendly and helpful. They don't mind us using the common area.

Cons: car park is limited.

Pros: Greeted by Elyn in reception, who was very friendly and helpful not only on the day of arrival but throughout the whole of our stay. Location is excellent, our room had great WiFi,, air conditioning and decent shower room. The courtyard at the rear is a bonus. We shall return.

Cons: 3 in 1 coffee.

Pros: The hotel is basically in a central location, with everything within walking distance. It has a great location. The staff were friendly and guided us on where to go and what to explore around the hotel.

Cons: The breakfast and the air conditioning could have been better. The breakfast had limited options, and the air conditioning was not cold enough.

Pros: The hotel was very clean and well maintained. It had a variety of rooms to meet the needs of my family. It's also conveniently located next to Little India.

Cons: The neighbouring buildings are pretty run down. Since it's next to the road, there is some traffic noise.

Pros: The location is very central within Georgetown, a short walk from both the Jetty and Kumtar bus station. The room was small but clean and comfortable (also it was fairly pretty). Very nice they provide laundry facilities for just a small nominal fee. I also appreciated that their staff was very helpful, in particular Elyn, whom also sent me the map from the jetty to the hotel the day before our arrival and provided me with an alternative option to get our cash deposit returned (we left at 7 am), and also explained pretty well what to see in George Town. I would definitely recommend this place.

Best hotel in George Town old quarter

Pros: Location is amazing, beds are super comfortable, a good value stay with enthusiastic & helpful staff. 24h check-in/out system outside the hotel too.

Cons: Only thing I could fault is the lack of hand soap in the bathroom.
