Pros: Sutharsan on front desk went out of his way to help my very tired son and I find a 24 hour hotel and comfy beds. He was extremely professional and couldn't have done more for us. There needs to be more Sutharsans in the world!

Pros: Good location, clean. A big thankyou to Nico who was very helpful when I checked in.

Cons: I didn't like having carpet on floor. Tiles in the tropics are much cooler and cleaner.

Pros: The staff were exceptional at making sure everything was smooth, especially Sutharsan who helped me book and move my stuff to another location by the same company and back.

The hotel have kiblat direction and have enough space to pray. Amazing.

Pros: Process of check in to the hotel is smooth. We got recommendation of this hotel from their staff from other branch. And the staff at this branch advised us to book online for cheaper fare. They re so helpfull. We have amazing holiday in penang.
