Pros: Good location to enjoy calture and foods of Penang. Clean and comfortable. Staff are very polite and cooperative. Some staff can speak Japanese. I expect other hotels under Cititel Group.

Cons: Paint on shower floor coming off in lumps while showering. Initial room at front was noisy in early morning. Locals racing on motorcycles.

Fantastic hotel in a central location, ideal for solo travellers

Pros: Fantastic location - right near all the happening places and shopping. Regret I didn't stay longer. Room was large and beautifully clean with a fantastic view of the harbour where the cruise ships docked and the accompanying fireworks. Staff was friendly, courteous and incredibly helpful. Breakfast was superb with a wide variety. Will definitely be my hotel of choice when I return to Georgetown which I definitely will.

Cons: Nothing - loved the hotel.
