Pros: Close to Red Garden and good value for money Staff were excellent and very obliging breakfasy

Overall, it was a great stay. Will repeat again

Pros: The staff were friendly and helpful. Parking was provided and easy to access. The room came with a balcony, but safety measures should be ensured especially those with children.also this hotel is walking distance to nice food and place.

Cons: The furniture looked quite old. The bathroom floor was a bit slippery when i first entered, as it seemed there was soap residue left.

Pros: Clean room, great service, strategic place to stay. The room was very clean and neat. There’s a problem about air conditioning, i called the room service and the staff handle it very well and very polite. But the hotel surrounding was very loud. But overall everything was great!

Good room to stay

Pros: The room is very cozy and the hotel is near a 24-hour shop, easy to buy things at 12am and above.

Cons: Televisions need to be upgraded to smart TVs to make it easier for customers to watch Netflix and so on.

Pleasant stay

Pros: - Great central location! - Ample hotel parking bays (Early December stay). - The hotel is a little aged but the rooms were clean and bed comfortable. - Staff were friendly and helpful.

Cons: - Hot water in our level 5 room took about 5 minutes to turn on. - Room cleaning services are good, but you must request for cleaning via tag on door - not automatic daily cleaning. - Dim lighting, but wasn't a big deal. Good to prepare to sleep.
