Cons: No Parking available. Water dispenser not at all floors it was at alternate floors.. so, i was at level 4.. need to go down to level 3 or 1 to fetch water.

Pros: The location was excellent as we could walk to most keys sites, plus we were very close to the CAT bus (free for tourists: check out the travel route) and local bus to reach sites such as Penang Hill and Batu Ferringhi beach (for lunch). There was a 24 hour laundry service just around the corner, and plenty of food and drink options nearby. It took as about 10’ by foot to Chinatown. The great thing about the area is you’ll be completely surprised by the history and architecture simply by walking around. The receptionist (Brijesh) was beyond helpful with all our queries (hotel and tourism). We were allowed to store our luggage after we had checked out. A very pleasant atmosphere and friendly team in general. Highly recommended for a great experience in the amazing Georgetown!! The hotel does not use plastic bottles so we found a glass bottle available in the room. In the hallway was a water (hot and cold) machine for use.

Cons: We had read a few comments previous to booking about most rooms not having windows. To be honest, if it’s only a short stay, you are most likely be out and about most of the day. It was not a big issue for us as a couple.

Pros: Strategic location. Very easy to find food and entertainment.

Pros: All pretty good, enjoyed my stay here. Clean, nice staff, good WiFi.

Cons: The mosque is VERY loud (it’s like the speaker is in the room with you) but I knew this before I booked and knew it wouldn’t bother me too much. Wouldn’t recommend if you’re a light sleeper! I also got bitten more in this hotel than I have in my whole trip. I think a mosquito just got stuck on my bedding though.

Pros: In genereal everything was okay, the stuff was very nice and helpfull, room was qiute dealable for the price.

Cons: The only and big probmel about this place are mosques and their singing every morning at 6 am and every 3-4 hours later untill 9 pm. They are extremly colse to the windiows of hotel and since windows are not provided with good sound isolation it was big issue cause i cant sleep normal and was forced to wake up every morning at 6 and 9 even if i didnt want to.

Three stars, can definitely recommend!

Pros: A true three star hotel experience. Clean everything, very friendly and helpful staff. From the hotel, the old city centre was within 15 minutes walking distance. We asked for a room with a window, and were fortunate enough that there was still one available. 24hour reception & fast check in/out. Free cold/hot mineral water right on our floor.

Cons: No fridge, although this was not expected. No view from the window, but this was also not expected.
