Grand FC Hotel

Pros: This is my 2nd time in here, value for money, great location, strong A/C, good sized rooms

Cons: I would be nice to have a fridge in the room.

Pros: Location very convenient.. town center can just by walking to find nice foods around this area. Btw there is a very good Hainanese chicken chop shop opposite of the hotel. 😋

Cons: Last day found a small cockroach coming out under the bed 😕

Pros: Parking provided, nice location, just a stone's throw away to restaurants and petrol station, walking distance to place of interest. Clean room and quiet surrounding.

Cons: Limited parking space which is first come first serve

Pros: Good location, easy to move around. Rooms are clean. Friendly n helpful staff

Good and worth to stay

Pros: Convenient registration and check-out. Room well maintained. Clean and tidy. Location in town, within walking distance to good food, eateries, free market etc

Cons: Nothing to dislike. Dislike is not a choice.

It was pleasant

Pros: I like the staff service; it was very professional and friendly

Cons: I paid for window view but the window outside was just pipes and no view at all

Cons: it was impossible to open the window, rooms are of different size.I got a very small room - 204, I saw 202 eg, it was much bigger -same description -superior twin room, a small fridge would be handy

Pros: The room was very clean. The Room service was great,they changed every day the sheets. Location was good. AC worked well. Receptionists were helpful.

Cons: The corridor was dirty. The carpets were old. The iron wasn't working well. Apart from that everything was good.

Pros: 1) Nice bedroom 2) Value for money 3) near eatery places 4) car park available. 5) lift available

Great

Pros: The room is clean and spacious. The staff at the counter is helpful and for a small hotel, it has a machine to do self checkin and checkout. There were 4 hanger clip on the stand but we only have 3 wooden hanger. I ask the staff for an extra wooden hanger. But there isn't one available and the staff hand me a stack of plastic hangers instead. Location is good and close to free CAT bus. We don't know about that until the second day.

Cons: There is a big CNY celebration in Penang and we ask the staff for more information on where is the celebration but he was not able to help. Will be great if this type of information can be provided to tourists.
