Second visit, still wonderful and cozy, great location can get to most tourist spots via walking/bus

Awesome, comfortable, close

Pros: I loved this place so much I stayed for 3 weeks. It's right on the edge of old Georgetown and close to everything. There is a europcar in the same building (i did not try) and a big bike hire across the road which i did use Vince is a legend. The free CAT bus stop is just 5 minutes down the road. They have daily housekeeping if you require it. The bed was a king pillow top the most comfortable bed I have had in Malaysia. All the staff were courteous and responsive. It feels like your own inner city apartment rather than a hotel. The apartment is very spacious, has 2 TVs and very good roof Aircon. 7 star gym 5 minutes walk. Best Nasi Kandar across the road, try the lamb shank. Old Georgetown is at your doorstep. I loved this place and Georgetown so much I would live there permanently!

Very good hotel

Pros: Very good location, large room comfortable and clean.

Cons: There is no umbrella at the terrace. İ could'nt use because rain and sun. And need more comfortable firnuture for terrace

The best place to stay in Georgetown

Pros: wonderful location. spacious room. prompt service. The customer service even recommended nice eateries nearby. All the famous places in Georgetown were walking distance. All in all a great place to stay. Don't miss out the newly opened Tea based ice-cream shop next door. It's amazing.

Short stay

Pros: The amenities provided and all of them were working well. The local is perfect for us and the virtual check in was effective.

Cons: Digital key is a hassle. Sometimes the numbers don’t punch properly

Good Value for Money, Service and Location t

Pros: Welcoming and helpful staff especially Irfan and Shafiq. Thanks to them for answering all my queries even late in the evening. We were happy with the amenities and the service. The bath towels were changed everyday, bottled water was supplied and the apartment was serviced. The location was good with street food across the road and walking distance to eateries nearby.

Cons: The bathroom sink needed some hand soap. Toilet paper needed replenishment everyday as we ran out after the second day. But the front desk was quick to supply them when we asked for a toilet roll. We had difficulty opening and closing the tight fitting glass door below the stairs that scraped the floor and door frame. I hurt my fingers trying to push open the glass door whilst holding down the door handle. I would suggest that the door be fixed properly to enable guests to open and close the door easily. It is noisy because the bedroom faces the main road especially in the morning.

Great location and accomodation

Pros: Location was great... No problem with traffic noise.... Close to lots of good places to eat. Bed is super comfy. Check in was so easy and staff very helpful.
