happy with accomodation not happy with breakfast

Pros: The room I booked was a family room. It was big and clean. The bathroom was also big and clean, and it was disabled-friendly. The staff were very friendly and always smiling. It's close to interesting places in Georgetown; you can just walk. Parking is also provided and easy, but it's somewhat limited.

Cons: I was extremely disappointed with the breakfast. The selection was very poor, with only nasi lemak and bread available. It was not worth the money. Furthermore, the nasi lemak did not appeal to me or my children. I strongly suggest they improve by offering a greater variety of dishes. Charging RM18.00 for this is far too expensive and unjustified

Pros: This hotel is suitable for me and my colleague because we are ladies travel.Easy location to search and access to go everywhere. Parking is just nice. The environment is very comfortable.

Cons: Not enough food even though the time is around 8.30.need to wait until they finish to topup. Need to contact customer services by my own phone when the television had no access,but we decided to do nothing

Wonderfully located & modern place at very reasonable price

Pros: Place very clean, newish & well maintained with excellent front desk service. Had an upgrade to a studio room. Amazed at size of room with sitting area included & very generously spacious toilet & separate bathroom. Location is excellent to New World park a big food court & maybe 15mins walk downtown.

Cons: Nothing.

Pros: Breakfast food was good. Except the coffee should be a bit more bitter. Location is also good as it is within 10-20 minutes walking distances from food or attractions.

Cons: Breakfast not much choices and terrace ( eating place ) too small.

Nice hotel

Pros: Great hotel with great, friendly staff. A bit out of center but close enough to walk restaurants and entertainment part of George Town.

Cons: As they checked me in at 12:00, but normally icheck in is at 15:30 which is very odd and had never heard that before.

Good Location

Pros: We didn't get the breakfast. The room was spacious and clean. The staff was friendly, providing information when we needed it. Good location as it was 5 min walk to New World Park food court and 6 min walk to Giant Supermarket. Would recommend to friends and family.

Cons: The rubber for the bathroom door seemed loose during our stay. The shower head was leaking as well.
