Pros: Clean apartment, easy access to city, friendly staff. Though they dont have a reception premise closeby they attend to your needs over phone and send housekeeping within 10mins.

Cons: The dressing mirror was inconvenient. They should have a full mirror for dressing.

Great Stay

Pros: The apartment was comfortable and with the housekeeping service, it was always lovely coming back to a clean apartment, beds all made. Love the service. Shower was great. Location is perfect, close to the shopping centre being in Georgetown. The apartment is spacious and the air conditioning works perfect to the temperature we want being in a hot country. Everything was walking distance especially if you are looking places to eat out and visit. Overall the stay was convenient and pleasant.

Cons: It was a real shame they didn't have a laundry service to offer. Our itinerary was busy and tight so we didn't have time to sit in the laundry parlour to wait for our clothes to dry. It would be inconvenient. Plus the apartment didn't have washing machine and dryer that would have helped since we stayed for nearly a week. If we were to wash by hand, there is no area to dry the clothes. Despite being an apartment, there is no facilities to cook. It is an apartment where you are meant to eat out. Being in Malaysia, we love eating out as the food is scrumptious and reasonable. So that's not a real issue but this comment is for those readers who wish to cook in the apartment. I am not sure about the bathroom... seems to get slight smell of urine. (very slight). I just wondered if it is due to the plumbing and drainage issue that probably needs looking into.

Pros: 1) The service from the staff- very responsive and helpful. 2) Cleanliness of the hotel. 3) Location is centralised.

Cons: 1) Wish there is a checkin/ checkout counter and concierge service- counters like those usual hotels.

Luxurious stay at a fraction of a price :)

Pros: We love that the unit is spacious for a family of 5. Centrally located and despite the other review where it was said to be noisy, we had a restful sleep. Unfortunately for us, it was raining heavily the next day so we couldn’t explore much on the surrounding areas.

Cons: The check-in was done in person despite over the counter and pity Daniel whom assisted us had to run from another property to help us checked in. Although a bit delayed, it still can be accommodated.

Top notch service and accommodation. Staff were warm and friendly, I felt at home during my short stay.

Pros: I loved how it felt like an airbnb but with hotel quality standards. I also loved how responsive the staff were whenever I needed something, and the 24/7 chat was super helpful.

Cons: The stairs are a bit difficult to manage if you have multiple luggage. I only had 1 luggage so it was fine, but might be a problem for other guests

Overall, I enjoyed the stay & the hotel is comfortable for family of 5 (note: avoid come during PH)

Pros: My family and I love it and we enjoyed the stay. The staff is helpful and I appreciated how efficient they were. The room are reasonably clean.

Cons: I spent quite some time going around the building to find parking, but that's fine as I aware of the parking hotel issue. The hotel toilet has an unpleasant smell coming from it.

Good size space for a family but front bedroom is very noisy with traffic

Pros: Nice 2 bed apartment in central location in George Town. We ate at the restaurants located underneath the accommodation.

Cons: The main bedroom was located on a very busy road opposite a bar which was very loud. Luckily we could sleep in the back room away from the noise. The drains in the bathroom smelt very bad, we brought an air freshener as the smell was so bad.

Wonderful location. Big spacious rooms

Pros: Great central location, walkable everywhere, big rooms and spacious with a high ceiling

Cons: The noise at night when the motorbikes are driving past. The noise from the street. This is beyond the hotel’s control but maybe earplugs can be supplied. The notorious karaoke that was opposite the hotel has now been closed and there is now a restaurant instead.

It was good place to stay for big family or group friends of 5 to stay here.

Pros: Comfortable, clean, quiet and spacious. The staff also really nice and helpful.

Cons: The stairs haha and the parking is really hard to get but it ok we got lucky because we get to park infront of the hotel without a problem during our stay.

Pros: Location was great, bed was comfortable & the size was great for the price

Cons: Due to its location next to the road, it is difficult to get good sleep in the master room (facing the road) due to the occasional noise from loud motorcycles.
