Perfect rustic house stay oasis

Pros: Loved my stay in this hotel! It was comfortable and quiet, the room looked very cute with the gorgeous wooden doors to the bathroom. 24/7 reception was also a good addition as the hotel could easily accommodate my very late check in.

Cons: I stayed on the ground floor - so I had no issues with my luggage. But if you stay upstairs - there is no elevator, you wi have to take your luggage up the stairs

Pros: We liked the rooms. They were comfortable and clean and the staff were very friendly

Cons: The roads were noisy

Perfect stay to discover George Town

Pros: We loved our stay there! The room was very nice and spacious. It had a ceiling vent which is a great added value from, the sometimes, freezing AC. Bed was comfortable. The staff were very friendly! We extended 2 more nights.

Cons: The cleaning in the bathroom could be better as the drain in the shower was full of hairs from previous guests.

Unique interior and great location

Pros: I really liked the interior, it looks unique and cozy! The staff was friendly and helpful. The location is amazing, there are many cool cafes and restaurants around, close to the main attractions of Georgetown.

Cons: My room was located on the ground floor, the windows faced the street, so it was quite noisy. Also the sink in the bathroom :D I mean, it looks cool though, but not possible to use haha

Great location and comfortable room!

Pros: I liked the central location. I stayed in a double room upstairs and it was comfortable with a nice bathroom!

Great place!

Pros: Great place if you want a place nearby tourist attractions and it’s quite a walking distance to Armenian Street and others attraction. Got many nice cafes too.

Cons: The stairs are quite steep. Not really friendly for kids and senior citizens.

Pros: - The staff are very friendly and supportive with requests. - The room is clean, quiet with daylight access. - Excellent location fot attractions!

Cons: - The host can be more resourceful for the attractions in neighborhood and of general Penang, for another active level of hospitality. - The double room's bed is quite small for 2 people.

Great Stay with Helpful Staff – Just Note There’s No Lift

Pros: The location was excellent and convenient to get around. The staff were friendly and helpful, and the room was spacious and comfortable. As girls travelling, we really appreciated the salon-grade hair dryer—it was a thoughtful touch!

Cons: there’s no lift in the property, so if you have a big suitcase, you’ll need to carry it up the stairs.

Pros: Very attractive and comfortable room in a great location. Appreciated the water dispenser, laundry services, and friendly staff. Very happy with our stay here.

Had a lovely few days exploring Georgetown, fuss-free and accessibly at Sweet Cili Hotel!

Pros: Awesome location, had all the necessities, room was spacious and clean!

Cons: Nothing much, probably that the walls are thin and it can get a bit noisy, but understandable as it’s a heritage building.
